A Tribute to Jim Mathis

Jim Mathis was a legacy builder. From serving the community in his banking career;  to being one of the driving forces of bringing the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games to Lake Lanier; to serving as president of the North Georgia Community Foundation for 18 years, his passion for serving our regional community will not be forgotten. As with any loving father/grandfather, caring husband, devoted son, and big brother, of all his accomplishments, his family was the greatest part of that legacy.
